Pay by check, ACH, or credit card on file. The 20% fleet discount cannot be combined with promotional pricing, coupons, or membership programs. Platinum Shine may temporarily deactivate fleet cards on accounts more than 15 days past due.

How does billing work?
The billing cycle runs from the 1st to the last day of each month. You receive one itemized invoice by the 5th of the following month with the 20% discount already applied, payable Net 15 by check, ACH, or credit card on file.
What happens if a driver loses a card?
Call or email us and we deactivate the missing card within one business day, then issue a replacement.
Can we set a spending limit?
Yes. You can set an optional monthly spend limit per card, an overall limit for the account, or both. Just note the amounts on the enrollment form.
How are the cards labeled?
However works best for you — by vehicle number, driver name, or department. Choose your preference on the enrollment form and we print them accordingly.
How long does it take to get set up?
Fleet cards are typically ready in 3 to 5 business days from the time we receive your completed enrollment form.
